Credit card details must be provided to secure any ESPA booking.

All ESPA bookings are pre-charged in full 48 hours prior to the appointment, using the card or gift certificate provided at the time of booking. If payment cannot be processed, the booking will be canceled, and the appointment time released.

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy in place. Bookings canceled within the 48-hour window will be charged in full.

Should you need to cancel your booking, cancellation notices must be provided in writing via email to ghotel_espa@leonardohotels.com.

Please note that any bookings made within the 48-hour cancellation period are still subject to the same 48-hour cancellation policy.
